I’m glad and proud of the Women in Solstad project, as its values supports my personal view of today’s world and the way towards development and diversity.

It’s great and exciting to see that Equality is an own separate project in the company.

Although opportunities may vary from country to country, from industry to industry, the Women in Solstad project is as an important contributor to an inclusive working environment.
