On 23rd of October 2023, Solstad Offshore ASA, Aker Capital AS, and AMSC ASA announced that an agreement for the refinancing of Solstad Offshore ASA had been entered into between Aker Capital AS, Solstad Offshore ASA’s subsidiary Solstad Shipholding AS and AMSC ASA, which included the establishment of Solstad Maritime Holding AS and subsidiaries.
