Summons to bondholders’ meeting

The deferral and suspension of payments and interest under SOFF’s bond issue with ISIN NO 0010713548 expires on December 20th 2019. SOFF has today summoned a bondholders’ meeting to request an extension of the deferral and suspension until 31 March 2020 to match the suspension with the suspension already agreed with the parties to SOFF’s existing financing arrangements, as announced in the stock exchange notice dated 31 October 2019. The bondholder meeting will be held on 18 December at 13.00 hours (Oslo time) at the premises of Nordic Trustee AS, Kronprinsesse Märthas plass 1, 0160 Oslo, 7^th floor.
